Tutor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ilm-era Tutor Network. By applying as a tutor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must possess adequate subject knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to teach effectively in their chosen area of expertise. University students, teachers, subject specialists, professionals, and skilled individuals may apply.

2. Application & Selection Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or approval. All applications are reviewed by the ilm-era academic team. Shortlisted applicants may be invited for an interview, demonstration session, verification process, or additional assessment. The decision of the ilm-era academic team shall be final.

3. Application Processing Fee

A one-time application processing and verification fee may be charged during the selection process. Payment does not guarantee approval, selection, student allocation, or tutoring opportunities. Application processing fees are non-refundable.

4. Tutor Network Membership

Approved applicants become part of the ilm-era Tutor Network. Membership does not create an employment relationship. Tutors participate as independent educational partners and may be offered opportunities based on student demand and platform needs.

5. Brand Representation & Community Participation

Approved tutors are expected to positively represent ilm-era's mission, maintain a professional image, engage with educational initiatives, and support the growth of the ilm-era community whenever reasonably possible.

6. Student Allocation

Assignments are made based on subject expertise, qualifications, experience, availability, language preferences, and student requirements. ilm-era does not guarantee a specific number of students, classes, or earnings.

7. Professional Conduct

Tutors must treat students, parents, and fellow educators respectfully, maintain professionalism, conduct classes punctually, communicate honestly, and create a safe learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct may result in immediate removal.

8. Quality Assurance

ilm-era may monitor teaching quality through feedback, academic reviews, interviews, observations, and performance evaluations. Tutors must maintain satisfactory standards throughout their association with the platform.

9. Direct Dealings With Students

Tutors may not directly solicit, recruit, or privately teach students introduced through ilm-era without prior written approval. Bypassing the platform may result in immediate termination.

10. Confidentiality

Tutors must keep student information, academic records, contact details, and personal information confidential and use it only for approved educational purposes.

11. Suspension Or Removal

ilm-era may suspend or remove any tutor for false information, repeated violations, serious complaints, policy breaches, or conduct that negatively impacts students or the platform's reputation.

12. Changes To Terms

ilm-era reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

13. Acceptance

By submitting an application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, you understand selection is subject to review, you agree to comply with all Tutor Terms & Conditions, and you are committed to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
